New parents are busy. We get that. And, between sleep training, feeding, bathing, tummy time, work, relationships, and everything that comes with raising a new child, there’s so much on their plate. We get that too.
Our course is designed to teach mental wellness skills in a way that is memorable and applicable so parents can walk away from each lesson with a new, easy-to-use skill in their back pocket.
Each lesson features a short video focused on a single concept. Afterwards, we send parents follow up information reiterating the skill and suggesting ways they might practice it with their child that week.
All parents should be able to access the tools they need to raise healthy, resilient children. We want to make that training as simple as possible.
